After this period, data will be disposed of through secure shredding or permanent digital deletion.

Right to Object: To withhold consent for specific processing (e.g., direct marketing).

Information shared with the Firm is protected by the Attorney-Client Privilege under the Code of Professional Responsibility and the DPA. Our professional duty to maintain client confidentiality remains independent of and is further strengthened by our obligations under data privacy laws.
