Our Team
KVYN R. HONORIDEZ
Kvyn received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of San Carlos in 2018. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Cebu Chapter, JCI Cebu, Inc., and the Young Lawyers Association of Cebu Inc.
He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from the same university.
Prior to joining HMVCC Law, he worked as an Associate of Duran Duran-Schulze Law in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. His practice area includes corporate law, labor law, litigation, taxation law, and other special projects. He also worked as a Legal Counsel for the Provincial Government of Cebu.
He is currently the Corporate Secretary of Light Year Trucking and Logistics Inc.
MYSA JADE M. MEJICA
Mysa received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of San Carlos in 2018. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019. She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines- Cebu Chapter.
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Cebu Doctor’s University and a Registered Pharmacist. She is also a licensed pharmacist.
Prior to joining HMVCC Law, she worked as a Junior Associate of Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW) Cebu. Her practice area includes corporate law, immigration, and other special projects.
She is currently a corporate counsel for Cebu–Cordova Link Expressway Corporation, a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC), a company of MVP Group of Companies, operating the public-private partnership 8.9-kilometer toll bridge expressway.
ALTHEA A. VERGARA-YONGCO
Althea received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of San Carlos in 2018. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019. She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Cebu Chapter.
During her fourth year in law school, she was one of the recipients of the merit-based Legal Scholarship Program of the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity, founded by Retired Supreme Court Justice Artemio Panganiban. She was also the Chairperson for the University of San Carlos Bar Operations in 2017.
She graduated cum laude from the same university with a bachelor's degree in Management Accounting.
Prior to joining HMVCC Law, she worked as an Associate of J.P. Garcia & Associates, which is the only law firm in Cebu specializing in energy laws. Her practice area also includes corporate law and labor law.
She is currently the in-house counsel and regulatory compliance officer of Sugbo Solar Solutions, Inc., a leading-edge company specializing in alternative and green energy in Cebu.
JEBB LYNUS Q. CANE
Jebb Lynus received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of San Carlos in 2018. He ranked 9th in the 2018 Philippine Bar Exam.
He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Cebu Chapter. He is an officer for Professional Development of the Young Lawyers Association of Cebu Inc.
He graduated cum laude with a degree in Management Accounting from the same university. He is also a licensed real estate broker.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a legislative officer, political officer, and legal consultant for the former Senate Majority Leader Senator Francis "Tol" N. Tolentino. He worked with the Senate Committees on Blue Ribbon, Justice and Human Rights, Local Government, Urban Planning, Housing and Resettlement, and Philippine Maritime and Admiralty Zones.
He is currently a legislative liaison and contract management specialist for the City of Mandaue LGU, and the head coach for the University of San Carlos Varsity Swimming Team.
ADRIAN A. CABAHUG
Adrian received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of San Carlos in 2018. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Cebu Chapter.
He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Finance. He is also a licensed real estate broker.
Prior to joining HMVCC Law, he worked as an Associate of Malilong Law Offices. He is also currently affiliated with Alvarez Nuez Galang Espina & Lopez Law Offices. His practice area focuses on litigation, corporate law, criminal law, and labor law, .
